Here’s a customer commission that was a collaborative project I recently finished up with Custom NES Guy – A PAL SNES in the theme of Starwing (Starfox here in the USA). I hand cut the lettering and CNG did the paint job.
Hope you enjoy! I do all kinds of custom work. Just message me for more info/with your requests!
I’ve been on a total Mega Man kick for awhile now. My most recent project being this basic “Met” robot enemy. It’s the enemy that is just a hard hat sitting on the ground until you get close to it. Then, it pops up and shoots bullets at you.
This particular build has a removable hard hat so you can have the robot in either pose. If/when I build version 2.0 I would like to have it actually shoot something, probably ping pong balls, and maybe even pop up. We’ll see

Here’s a super quick and easy Legend of Zelda bomb (with a lightable wick!!) that you can make in just a few hours. The most time consuming part is letting the paint dry.

I did a fair amount of research and created a prototype, but ultimately it just didn’t happen. Halloween came and went with no Metroid love. I was very disappointed, but I hoped that one day I’d revisit the project and complete it.
Almost 5 years later… that day arrived

With Halloween right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to make a DIY guide for the Wooden Sword from Link’s original 8-bit adventure, The Legend of Zelda. So, without further ado, let’s get to it!
